Simon Beard is Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Americas,
EMEA responsible for Align Technology’s market development and operational
execution of all Align Technology products and services in the Americas and
EMEA regions. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Managing
Director, Americas. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and
Managing Director, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). He joined the
company in November 2014 originally as Vice President and Managing Director
for EMEA. Mr. Beard has had a progressive career over 25 years in the
pharmaceuticals and medical device industry. Prior to Align Technology, Mr.
Beard was Regional Managing Director for Smith & Nephew’s South East Asia
business. Prior to Smith & Nephew, Mr. Beard held multiple commercial,
strategic and general management positions in companies such as DePuy
International (Johnson & Johnson), Sankyo Pharmaceutical and Sanofi Aventis.
Mr. Beard holds a B.S. degree from Wake Forest University, North Carolina,
USA.

Dr. Donna Galante is a board certified orthodontist in private
practice for over 30 years. She and her husband, fellow orthodontist, Dr.

Zelko Relic

Zelko Relic is Executive Vice President, Chief Technology
Officer. As Chief Technology Officer, he is focused on the Company’s future
innovation path, delivering technical excellence while leveraging the
Company’s core technology strengths and continuously exploring new
technologies. Mr. Relic has spent his career in the healthcare,
semiconductor and automation industries, where he built a track record for
developing advanced technologies and solutions across global organizations.
He joined the company in 2013 originally as Vice President, Research &
Development. Prior to joining Align Technology, Mr. Relic was Vice
President, Engineering for Datalogic Automation, a global leader in
automatic data capture and industrial automation markets. Prior to
Datalogic, Mr. Relic was Vice President, Engineering at Danaher Corporation,
Accu-Sort Systems business where he managed R&D and product development for
smart cameras and laser scanners for Automatic Identification systems. He
was also Vice President at Siemens Medical Solutions USA overseeing
radiology, cardiology and CAD R&D and product development, and held senior
management positions in engineering at Kulicke&Soffa Industries and
KLA-Tencor, designers and manufacturers of semiconductor products.
Dr. Marielle Blake
Consultant Orthodontist and Author – Ireland
Marielle graduated in Dentistry from the University of Dublin,
Trinity College. She completed her orthodontic training at the University of
Toronto. Following her time in Toronto Marielle moved to the UK where she
works as an orthodontic registrar in Guildford. She then completed her
higher consultant training in Dublin. Marielle was the regional trainer for
the Trinity postgraduate orthodontic students for over 20 years as part of
her consultant post with the Health Service Executive. Marielle’s interests
lie mainly in clinical orthodontics and teaching and in 2023 was awarded the
Dean’s award for outstanding contribution to teaching by University of
Dublin Trinity College. Marielle maintains a private practice in Dublin,
where she passionately engages with Invisalign system since obtaining her

Dr. Guy Deeming

Dr Guy Deeming (BDS Hons, MFDS, MSc, Morth) is a Specialist
Orthodontist and partner at Queensway Orthodontics with seven specialist
clinics in the North East of England. He is a Clinical Speaker and member of
the advisory board for Align Technology involved with teaching and training
other Orthodontists and has treated around 3000 cases in the UK. All his

Dr. Rohit Chaturvedi

Dr Chaturvedi, originally from the UK, Graduated in Medicine
(BMBS) from the University of Nottingham in 2006, embarked upon a surgical
training pathway completing his exams for Membership to the Royal College of
Surgeons Glasgow in 2010 and then gained admission to the prestigious 3 year
Dentistry entry program for medical graduates at Kings College London, going

Prof. Dr. Maria Orellana

Professor Dr. Maria Orellana was born in Argentina into a
dental family. After obtaining her dental degree, she completed a doctorate
(PhD) in Oral Biology and Maxillo-facial Pathology at the Medical College of
Georgia in the USA. Her thesis focused on understanding the biology of tooth
movement during orthodontic treatment. She later completed her specialty in
Orthodontics at one of the most prestigious Canadian Universities, the
University of Alberta. At the same time, Prof. Dr. Orellana pursued a Master
of Sciences. Her research focused on understanding and preventing caries
during orthodontic treatment. In 2007, Maria joined the University of
California San Francisco as an Assistant Professor of Orthodontics, later
becoming Associate Professor and clinic director. She was also a Director
and Chair of the Boston University Orthodontic Program in Dubai, UAE. She is
currently a Professor and clinic director of the Orthodontic Program at the
Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) at the Erasme Hospital. Professor
Orellana has published extensively in American and International journals
and participated in several orthodontics books. She is also a recognized
lecturer in the treatment with clear aligners such as Invisalign. During her
career she has trained thousands of doctors across the globe on how to treat
patients with clear aligners (Invisalign). She was the keynote speaker for

Sreelakshmi Kolli is Executive Vice President, Chief Product
and Digital Officer, responsible for our product lifecycle, from product
ideation and innovation, to engineering, product launch and product
performance. This includes leading the product and engineering teams and
defining the technology strategy and development of product software,
consumer, customer, manufacturing and enterprise applications enabling the
Align Digital Platform. Ms. Kolli has led Align’s global business
transformation initiative aimed at delivering platforms and technology to
support customer experience and simplified business processes across the
company. She joined the company in June 2003 and has held positions of
increasing responsibility, leading and transforming business operations and
engineering teams and platforms. Prior to joining Align, Ms. Kolli held
technical lead positions with Citadon and Accenture. She is a member of the
Board of Directors at Intuitive (Nasdaq: ISRG) and Zimmer Biomet Holdings,
Inc. (NYSE:ZBH). Ms. Kolli earned an M.S. degree in Computer Applications at
the National Institute of Technology in Trichy, India and is a graduate of
the Stanford Executive Program offered by the Stanford Graduate School of
Business in California.
John Morton
Global VP, Product Innovation at Align Technology –

John Morton is a VP Technical Fellow at Align Technology. He
focuses on improving orthodontic treatment using aligner appliances through
the application of biomechanical principles. He previously held positions as
Director of Research in the department of orthodontics at the University of
Connecticut and as a consultant for the NIH, universities and private
companies. He also founded OrthoMeasurements, Inc., a company dedicated to
designing and manufacturing orthodontic force and force and moment measuring
instruments.

Dr. Camilla Mollinari is a distinguished orthodontist with a

Michelle Woolridge
Dental Nurse Training Coordinator – Newcastle, UK
Michelle began her dental nursing career in 1997 and qualified
in the NEBDN Examination in 1999. She then went on to gain NEBDN
qualifications in radiography, oral health, orthodontics, and sedation. In
addition to this she has gained qualifications in teaching, impressions

Beena graduated in Dentistry from the University of
Witwatersrand in 2001 and then went on to obtain a Masters degree in
Implantology (MSc Implantology) in 2004. She was a Research Fellowship
Student at the South African Medical Research Council and worked as a

as working in a private practice that predominantly provided paediatric
dental care. In 2011, Beena achieved an MBA from Imperial College, London

Beena progressed to the clinical team in 2013 as a clinical specialist and was promoted to Clinical Support Manager in 2014. In 2016, she moved to Amsterdam to take on the role of Clinical Operations Manager EMEA, joining the European Leadership Team. 2017 saw her further promoted to Director of Clinical Operations EMEA and then to Director of Clinical and Professional Education in 2018.
In 2020, she moved back to the UK with the view to practicing clinical dentistry again. Her particular interests are minimally invasive dentistry using concurrent digital technologies such as Invisalign, intraoral and facial scanners. With these technologies, aesthetically and functionally orientated treatments are provided in a comfortable, predictable, convenient and safe manner.
Beena has also undertaken extensive training in the field of facial aesthetics using the patient’s own blood constituents and growth factors (PRF) to treat fine lines and wrinkles under the tutelage of the world-renowned Dr Cleopatra Nacopoulos (so-called Cleopatra Technique).
In her spare time, Beena is an avid swimmer, attends Pilates classes to de-stress, enjoys cooking, challenges her brain with Sudoku, Crossword and Killer Sudoku puzzles and enjoys walking around the beautiful Surrey countryside with her husband.

Chloe Philips
Client Experience Manager & Founder of Girls in

Chloe began her career in dentistry in 2015 as a dental nurse
and became a treatment coordinator in 2017. She then progressed to becoming
our Client Experience Manager in 2021. She dedicates her time to managing
and looking after our clients here at Stella Dental and ensures the clients
journey is to an extremely high standard from start to finish. Chloe has a
true passion for helping clients achieve their perfect smile and is
available 24/7 to answer any questions. Chloe dedicates a lot of her time to
attending educational events in order to further her knowledge in offering
the best client care.
